General cancelation policy continues to apply  

Start up between 1 September and 15 October

End in May/June 2023

Continues for 32 weeks (school holiday weeks not included)

Set weekly appointment - to be determined in advance (no lesson during school holidays)  

Opt: Change 30 min/week to 1 hr every two weeks

Student has the right to 1 catch-up lesson in the event of illness/cancelation by student  

When canceled by the teacher, both parties will look for a suitable moment to catch up  

The pass can only be canceled at the latest 6 weeks before the end of a semester  

In case of cancellation, the remaining lessons of the semester will not be refunded.

A vocal pass is personal and cannot be passed on to or shared with any third party
