Cancellation Policy

It happens. You fall ill, miss your train, suddenly have to work...

Unfortunately, a cancellation/rescheduling means a direct loss of income for me, the tutor. That is why de Zangstudio applies the following conditions:  

• If you cancel/reschedule a lesson or workshop less than 48 hours in advance, the tuition or quotation amount must be paid in full (100%). (*)

• If you cancel a workshop less than 14 days before the appointment, 40% of the quotation amount must be reimbursed.

• In case of a no show the tuition amount must be paid in full (100%). (*)

If you can provide proof (doctor's note, letter from employer with daily schedule, photo of delay in public transport,...)  we simply move the lesson to the next moment that suits both of us, no cancellation fee :-)​​​
