Cancellation Policy

It happens. You fall sick, missed your train, suddenly have to work...

Unfortunately, a cancellation/rescheduling means a direct loss of income for the cancelee. That is why de Zangstudio applies the following conditions:  

• If you cancel/reschedule a lesson or workshop less than 24 hours in advance, the tuition or quotation amount must be paid in full (100%). (*)

• If you cancel a workshop less than 14 days before the appointment, 40% of the quotation amount must be reimbursed.

If you can provide proof (doctor's note, letter from employer with daily schedule, photo of delay in public transport,...)  we simply move the lesson to the next moment that suits both of us, no cancellation fee :-)

(*) If you take a new appointment with a date max. 30 days after the late cancelation, you can utilise 50% of the fine for this next appointment. This basically means you will only pay half the tuition fee at the new appointment, given that the payment for the late cancelation was made.
